Trilobita is looking for TriDoc Reseller Partners all over the world!

What type of companies do we seek cooperation with ?

  1. The partner groups we are focusing at are:

    - software wholesalers, distributors

    - trading companies, who trade with software products (also webshop operators)

    - consulting firms, who deal with software implementation

  2. With regard to the size of turnover of the potential partner companies there is no expectation, we partner with all interested companies.

  3. Concerning sales channels used by the partners we do not have any restrictions.

  4. Communication with our partners should be held primarily in English, and by email.

  5. WE ARE FLEXIBLE! All partners interested in reselling our product are welcome. Concerning details about the partner conditions we are even ready to agree with each partner separately!

What do we offer our partners?

  1. „PAY AFTER SELLING IT” - sales model

  2. To all of our partners we plan to send as a start 1st sales pack, each of them containing:

    • 1 product sample (for partners free, complete product)
    • 4 complete product packages for sale
    • 50 sales brochures, for distribution to potential clients
    • 1 brochure holder
    • partner contract

  3. The sales pack will be sent at our expense to the partner companies. The one product sample in the sales pack is for free. The 4 product packages for sale are payable as they are sold.

  4. More than one sales pack can be delivered upon order. In this case the product is payable within 30 days upon receipt of product.

  5. Customs clearance of the product has to be done by the reseller.

  6. Offered reseller margin: 30 per cent.

  7. At the date of settlement reseller transfers the price of the product deducted by 30 per cent commission.

  8. Date of settlement: Within 30 days after sales realization.

  9. Contractual relationship: For the companies interested in co-operation we will send by email the draft partner agreement and a response sheet, where the partner can indicate that he wants to receive the first sales pack.

    The sales pack to be sent will contain the partner agreement. Upon receipt we kindly ask you to send back the signed contract by post mail.
