Can TriDoc manage emails?
Yes. You may send Outlook emails directly from Outlook into TriDoc. Emails and all their attachements are stored and managed just the way other documents are.
To register e-mails automatically you may define registration channels at the 'Business customization/E-mail, Fax integration' menu.
I would like to register the incoming corporate e-mails automatically. Is this possible in TriDoc?
Yes, you can define different group registration channels in the E-mail, Fax integration menu. After entering the required informations you can register e-mails from all corporate e-mails,
faxes, or scanners.
For all channels you have to fill in the automatically fill in fields (title, short title, category, type, responsible etc.)!
The system registers the incoming e-mails hourly or daily, but you can also synchronize your mailboxes manually.
Which scanners, fax machines can be integrated with the TriDoc system?
The TriDoc fax and scanner integration function is e-mail-based, so any scanner, fax machine or multifunction scanner supporting the e-mail function can be integrated with our system.
By creating registration channels for e-mail based documents, you can easily automise group registration of your documents arriving by e-mail or fax. Documents coming in on the various channels are automatically registered according to predefined parameters (address, document
category, type, registry book, project).
For example: Epson GT 2500N, Xerox Phaser 6121MFP, Xerox WorkCentre Pro 165/175, Kyocera FS-6025 MFP etc.
