How do I add a new document type or category?
Document types and categories are the two most important core data types of the TriDoc system. To modify them go to the Business customisation/Core data menu!
Please check and modify the values of the core data set before starting to use the system according to your company’s needs!

I changed the document categories in the Core data menu, but the changes didn't appear in the menu. Why?
The changes made on the document categories take effect at the next login. Please logout, refresh the page and login again.
While filling out the document datasheet I haven't found a category I would've needed. Where can I create a new category?
The document categories (all drop-down comboboxes of the system) can be modified, customized in the Core data menu.
Select 'Document categories' from the core data type list. Press the New button in the right pane ('Maintenance of selected core data'), then create the new category you needed and press the Save button!
In multilingual mode, you must enter the name of the new category in all the languages used!
