Document list
The documents registered in the system can be seen in this list. By
clicking on the icons, you can open the files attached to the document
datasheets.
Document registration
For every document the system stores a datasheet and one or more version datasheets. Files can be uploaded to a version datasheet.
Approval processes
This function enables various approval workflow models and the associated approvers to be entered.
My approval tasks
This jobs list displays the current and later approval tasks of a logged in user.
Document history
The document history shows who registered, approved, modified or deleted the given document, and when.
Archive - search
This search enables you to search among old and new document versions based on all the stored data.
Document statistics
The incorporated statistics provide information on the quantity of documents arising and on the average waiting times.
Document categories
In the document category menu you can reach the document lists of the document categories used in the system, which as a result simplifies systematic and unified document handling.
Company list
Here the data of companies stored in the system can be searched. In case of an existing central SOA partner database, integration of this function is suggested.
