Partner management menu
With the help of the TriDoc product partner administration module you can manage your partner companies and the persons associated with them in a unified way.
List of companies
The TriDoc Easy document management system has an independent partner administration module, by means of which you can enter and maintain the companies and persons associated with them which are important for the operation of your company.
You can use the list of companies entered into the TriDoc system simply to form a company group, or to compile lists of suppliers or address lists as desired. Lists screened according to various parameters can even be printed or exported from the system.
Company maintenance
It is possible to enter your business partners into the TriDoc system, as well as potential or existing customers, suppliers, or any other company/company group important to your company, as required. Along with the companies entered, their employees or other persons associated with them are also recorded.
The most important parameters which may be entered for the companies: company name, headquarters, billing and/or postal address, company profile, tax number, bank, bank account number, etc.
Partner integration
If you already have an existing partner database, or you would like to expand the list of companies or persons previously entered into TriDoc, you can do this by using partner import.
TriDoc provides sample files to help with importation, to check whether the files to be imported conform to the expected formats supported by the system. Before and after importation, TriDoc provides an opportunity for checking the data, and for subsequent cancellation of the import if required.
List of persons
The persons entered into the partner database can be displayed in the list of persons. Information on updates to the data appearing in the list is provided by an icon to call up the latest refreshment of data.
Person maintenance
Any desired number of persons can be linked with the various companies previously entered into the system, together with their most important associated company or even personal data and contact details.
The most important parameters which may be entered for persons: name, company, position, decision making level, gender, address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, e-mail, fax, messenger, etc.
